At Arikè Birth, we believe every mother deserves compassionate care and unwavering support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Founded by Kemi Akeredolu, an experienced Obstetric Nurse, Arikè Birth was created to bridge the gap between mothers and healthcare professionals, ensuring women feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported. Rooted in the meaning of Arikè—“the one who is meant to be cared for”—our approach is culturally sensitive, faith-driven, and focused on making every birth experience one of confidence and peace.

What Mothers Say

  • Kemi was an incredibly supportive presence during and after my birth. She was patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She made me feel confident in the process of encouraging my baby to turn head down by using medical techniques. I was able to have a healthy labor and birth.

    Jasmine

  • Not only did Kemi [Arike Birth] speak peace and calmness over me during times of anxiety, she equipped me with information that allowed me to advocate for myself at OB appointments. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be contacting Arike Birth when we are ready to expand our family.

    Lucy

  • I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and knowledgeable guide during my pregnancy and labor than Kemi, a dedicated nurse. She patiently explained each developmental stage and answered all my questions. When labor began, Kemi talked me through every step, providing crucial support and guidance over the phone. Her calming presence and knowledge eased my anxiety and made a significant difference during those intense hours. I'm lucky to have such an amazing nurse who played a crucial role in my journey into motherhood.
